Rec Floor and Water Removal in Tucson

The water leak soaked the hardwood flooring in this Tucson commercial structure that required fast extraction to mitigate the damages. SERVPRO IICRC certified WRT water damage restoration technicians can arrive within four-hours, often much quicker, to vacuum up the pooling water; and then concentrate on pulling out any residual moisture from the porous cellulose wood flooring. Notice the "tenting" rigged for just this purpose. The silver flex tubing is working with a large, desiccant dehumidifier to pull out the water vapor for condensing in the exterior of the building. This process, after several days, complicated but necessary, achieves the desired result of a return to normal moisture content levels. We strive to restore and not replace.
